Where Is My Order?
Sometimes delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated. above. Most delays are caused by international customs processing , so please allow a few extra days for shipping during the holiday season as we are not responsible for shipping delays.
Please contact us if your package is taking too long and we will work to resolve any situation. We are not responsible for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the postal service tracking number, but if your tracking status is delivered and you have not received your order we will expedite you another product free of charge.
Damaged Order
In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, please email us at support@blisspatches.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace your order or issue you a full refund immediately.
Not Satisfied
In the case that you are not satisfied with your product within 90 days, email us at support@blisspatches.com and we will make it right immediately. We rely on repeat business and will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. Refunds are sent upon the receipt of returned goods.
Please send us an e-mail requesting your refund. We will then provide the address to our return center, which is based in the United States. Please note, customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
